What does a BowYEAH store cost?
There is no setup fee or monthly subscription for a managed merchandise store. You choose your selling price; the BowYEAH Print & Fulfilment charge is deducted from each merchandise sale. Standard merchandise payment processing is included in that charge. Delivery is separate. Optional Design Help and ticket sales have their own charges.
Do I need to buy stock or build a website?
You do not need to buy a batch of stock to launch a print-on-demand store. BowYEAH helps prepare your branded shop, and products are made after customers order. If you already have a website, link it to your store. Contact us before planning a custom integration.
Can you help with artwork?
You can upload your own artwork. Optional AI-assisted Design Help costs £1 per design, with emailed proofs and up to three sets of amendments. Check the product, print positions, colours and artwork before approving it for your store.
Who handles delivery and customer questions?
BowYEAH handles printing, packing, dispatch and order support. Production and delivery are separate stages. Check current timing before promising arrival for an event, and refer customers to the order support details in their confirmation email.
When do I receive my earnings?
Earnings from paid orders are due at the end of the following month to your verified PayPal account, subject to refunds and adjustments. Delivery is not seller earnings. Your own artwork, marketing and other business costs also affect what you retain.
Can I order stock for gigs or sell event tickets?
Approved sellers can place advance orders from their own merchandise range through Dropshipping, paying the BowYEAH Print & Fulfilment charge plus delivery. Confirm event deadlines before ordering. Stores can also list event tickets with dates, venues and ticket tiers; ticket booking and payment fees are separate from merchandise charges.
